Pricing questions
Is it really free for free classes?
Yes. Free classes incur zero commission and zero platform fee, forever. The Starter tier is $0/mo with up to 3 active classes.
What payment gateways are supported?
PayPal, Paystack, and Flutterwave. Stripe is intentionally not supported, to serve the global Ummah in regions where Stripe is unavailable.
How does commission work?
Default 8% of gross paid enrollments. Per-gateway fees (PayPal ~3.5%, Paystack ~1.5%, Flutterwave ~1.4%) are deducted from the platform's share, not passed to the entity. The entity receives the gross minus commission.
When do payouts happen?
Default weekly payout with a 7-day hold for chargeback safety. Pro tier enables daily payouts; Scale tier enables instant payouts.
Can I switch tiers?
Yes. Upgrades are immediate (prorated); downgrades take effect at period end. Cancel anytime — your data is retained for 90 days.
Do you offer refunds?
Subscriptions are non-refundable but cancel anytime. Class enrollments follow the entity's refund policy (default 100% before class starts, 50% within the first week).
